About Exhibition

10 Art Gaskin Through this project, students were challenged to represent their identity through "anything but a portrait". Students explored cultural connections to foods through the art works of Stephanie Shih, connection to place and multiculturalism through the artworks of Khaled Sabdabi, how our hobbies and interests define us through the artworks of Judith Wright and identity through memories through the artworks of Kate Bohunnis.

This piece signifies my culture and heritage which I am learning more and more about. The artwork also shows that sport and my favorite team in my favorite sport this being rugby league.

This piece shows a memory from my past as a kid who loved the site park and riding my scooter. The main meaning behind my artwork is the friendship symbol that I modified to show that the friendships I made at the skate park meant a lot to me.
