Whatever you are feeling is real. The existence and validity of those feelings should be recognized and honored. We can only start from where we are. So recognize the truth of your feelings and the value in what those feelings are trying to tell you. Yet, to believe that oneself is “failing at everything” is a value judgement. Here it is a misjudgement you are passing on yourself. Stop doing that. Changing that belief about your self-worth should be your very first step. It is the most important step you can take. It will bring about many more good results than you can now imagine.
